Ms. Naoko kabaya

Naoko began her career at CS First Boston as an analyst in the M&A Division. She also worked at McKinsey & Company as a consultant. Naoko has been involved with luxury brands for 20 years in various capacities including project management, retail, digital marketing and e-commerce for Cartier Richemont Group, LVMH Group and De Beers. As General Manager of CHAUMET (LVMH Group) in Japan, Naoko is focused on expanding the presence of the brand. Naoko lives with her husband, a son in high school and her Papillon.  In her spare time, she pursues her interests in kendo, ink wash painting and traveling.

Her work has focused on covering women in their 20’s and 30’s, through which she has developed a deep expertise of their fashion sense and lifestyle. Miho’s current responsibilities at the Advertising Desk include marketing and sales of luxury brands, while launching new forms of media. As the ASG Works Japan Head, Miho shares the same passion with Chi Otsuka and Mish Matsuda (co-founders of ASG Works) in supporting the diverse lifestyle of women in the workplace.

She has served as a liaison on the front lines of corporate mergers and acquisitions between the U.S. and Japan, supporting clients through the integration process.
