ハーバード大学デザイン大学院で不動産投資と建築デザインを学び、投資理論とデザインの力を融合させたユニークな不動産投資を行う。鹿島建設入社4年目に不動産投資を開始。数々の不動産投資セミナーに足を運び、不動産関連書籍を数十冊読破。そんな中で出会ったメガ大家集団をメンターに持ち、指導を仰ぎながら不動産投資をスタートする。最初に行った東京・神楽坂での新築マンション開発では超狭小地に苦労し、辛酸を舐めつつも独自の不動産投資スタイルを確立する。現在5棟の超優良物件を保有。保有物件の中では投資額が4年間のうちに26倍になったものもある。

1982年高知県生まれ。早稲田大学理工学部建築学科、同大学院卒業後に鹿島建設入社。大学院卒業時にリゾートホテル開発プロジェクトにより早稲田大学小野梓芸術賞を受賞。同社では国内外で建築設計や大規模な都市開発業務に従事。鹿島建設社長賞、グッドデザイン賞、SDレビュー賞などを受賞。2016年、ハーバード大学デザイン大学院(GSD)へフルブライト留学。2018年、GSD不動産デザイン学科を卒業、外資系不動産ファンドでの投資業務を経験した後、KUROFUNE Design Holdings Inc.(デザイン事務所兼不動産ファンド会社)を創業し独立。現在はハーバード学生寮生活で得た原体験をもとに、住まいと学びを融合させた国際学生寮「U Share」を開発運営する。また、慶應義塾大学SFC特任講師、早稲田大学特任講師として「不動産デザイン」について教えている。

Yuichiro Hikosaka is currently Chief Operating Officer of Telexistence Inc., a deep-tech startup, based on the research of The University of Tokyo. Also he is Strategic Advisor of Airbus Ventures, venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley, principally supporting Airbus Venture’s activities in Asia Pacific region. He started his career at Goldman Sachs in Tokyo, where he spent 9 years covering credit derivative securitization, and trading multi-asset classes including corporate bonds, derivatives, equity and interest rate products. Building on his early education and excitement for technologies, he then moved to the tech venture world, becoming Chief Operating Officer of deep-tech startups in virtual reality, AI and Robotics. Yuichiro earned his Bachelor of Science degree (Control engineering) from Keio University and his Masters degree in Economics and Financial Engineering from the University of Tokyo.

Dr. Imaizumi chose a career in dermatology to help people who suffer from atopic dermatitis, the same trouble she had in her own childhood. After graduating with the master degree from St. Mariana University School of Medicine, she began her career in dermatology at the Japanese Red Cross Medical Center. Some time later, Dr. Imaizumi left for the US to learn cutting-edge cosmetic medicine and worked for Weill Cornell Medicine at the Department of Dermatology in New York where she engaged in developing cosmetics for brands including Estee Lauder. In March 2007, she was appointed as Director of Noage, Tokyo Midtown Aesthetic Clinic. While developing muNoage, one of the most advanced medical cosmetics, she also traveled throughout the country as a medical advisor for Allergan Japan and Nestle Holdings to instruct doctors on injection treatments for wrinkles. Dr. Imaizumi steadily built her career as a leader in cosmetic treatment of aging care and opened the Imaizumi Skin Clinic in May 2018.

Currently, Dr. Honzawa is committed to discovering and cogenerating cutting-edge technology, promoting value creation and global development through commercialization, nurturing and utilizing human resources to support them and fund raising by supporting multiple start-up companies.
